Your order will be complete after you have clicked on the “Checkout” / “Confirm Order” section and you have entered all of your payment details or alternatively been directed to our merchant providers (e.g. PayPal or other) site were you have entered your relevant payment details.
All orders, including discount/coupons, multi-buy and sale offer’s are subject to these terms and conditions. Discount/coupons offers are only applicable to the shopping cart subtotal value. Delivery charges will be charged in full purchase price
Any discounts on the wholesale and/or bulk orders CANNOT be used in conjunction with any other offers that We may have available at the time of the transaction(s).
We reserve the right to add and remove products, amend, add or remove any discount/coupons and/or multi-buy and/or sale offers, withdraw any of the above at any time without giving you any prior notification. All items included within any discount, multi-buy and sale are subject to stock availability.
Coupons must be used in the time stipulated and only one coupon can be used per transaction. If coupon is used after the time printed or more than one per transaction is used the transaction will be void and You will be charged for any admin cost.
Loss or damage
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by Us or our employees or any of our agents in the following circumstances:-
Loss or damage not foreseeable to you or Us when the contract was formed;
Loss or damage not caused by any breach on the part of our supplier; and
Loss or damage occurred after dispatch or during transit.
We are not liable for any delay caused in delivering your order if the delay is due to circumstances outside of our control in the UK and any other countries of dispatch such as war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, and compliance with any governmental order, rule, regulations, law, or any weather storms, failure of ISP communications or telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of our contract.
Uploading material to Our Site
Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload material to Our Site, or to make contact with other users of Our Site, you must comply with the content standards set out in our acceptable use policy.
